Well, I am finally back after months of travel and teaching. It has been a productive journey with the opportunity to teach lots of classes, some of them new, and interact with both new and returning students. Obviously, it all took place in the woods, so my focus on the blog had to be suspended for the duration. Am back now though and I invite you to check in regularly going forward for new posts and updates of future Earth-Heart classes.
There were many highs and lows these last few months which culminated in the Seven Levels of Quest, run simultaneously with the Teacher Training for the Seven Levels of Quest during the record, 100-year rainfall in the Colorado highlands, a stunning, 15″ of rain in 6 days. Well, we rose above all the challenges, stayed focused, and completed the teachings before ending the class with a helicopter ride out of the rain-soaked mountains.
Now I can tell you that that we were able to certify several people as fully trained to teach either the Protector Training Course or the Seven Levels of Quest in their own areas (and in a few cases, both). So, check out the Earth Heart pages for the PTC and 7 Levels for the offerings of those courses in 2014. Also, contact me if you would like to host a class in your area and I will connect you with someone who could run it.
I want to thank Amy for posting several articles while I was away. I always love her insights and the depth of her vision and I hope you enjoyed her writing. She is passionate, clear and thoughtful, and is trying to help people stay awake (or wake up!) as we move through these times of tumult and change. Thank you, Amy.
As her writing suggests, these times are about waking up, focusing on what is (as opposed to what our opinions are), integrating all parts of our human-ness with our Being-ness (as opposed to drifting in only one part of our human-ness and ignoring other parts and our Being-ness altogether!), and owning our individuality, spiritual integrity, creativity, and freedom.
Sadly, while the words of so many claim the above qualities and their own specialness as spiritual seekers, the direction of society continues to turn away from these qualities as people wallow in confusion and a yearning for a security blanket rather than the challenges of mastery through creativity, knowledge, and passion. People would still rather be “right” (or what they think is right) rather than take off their blinders and see the world as it really is, a place of staggering magic.
Let me be clear, this world’s consciousness is magical and we live within it to use that magic. Sadly, we have chosen to use it badly and thus have created a world of rigidity, stagnation, fear, rage, and suffering. We were free to do that but we are also free to make a better choice. It is up to you–at least for a little longer.
Obviously, this is the thrust of this blog site. It is to question everything, to learn who we are and how to use what we discover to create from a place aligned with our rightness rather than from our pain. If that is your direction, continue to check in with the site as the articles you see here will explore those topics.
